Angler holding a trophy muskie on the King Island dock
The Fishing

World-class water. A hundred years of knowing it.

Lake of the Woods is the second-largest inland lake in Ontario — and King Island sits right in the heart of it.

Sabaskong Bay

951,300 acres. Over 14,000 islands. Fish everywhere.

From King Island you're minutes from classic walleye reefs, smallmouth points and muskie weed lines — and a lifetime from fishing it all. The bay is protected enough for a family outing and vast enough that you'll rarely see another boat.

Bring your own rig or rent one of our boats and motors. New to the lake? We'll point you to where they're biting.
